Aquests magnífics resultats han estat fruit d’una profunda transformació de la colla i de l’esforç desinteressat de centenars de castellers que, orgullosos de pertànyer a una colla històrica, han superat tots els seus registres. </div>

La vinya se situa a la part mes alta de la serreta de Sant Vicenç, on allí, envoltada de pi blanc, garrofers i alzines, gaudeix d’unes privilegiades vistes al mar Mediterrani. El sòl té un baix contingut d’argiles, d’aquí el color blanc conegut col·loquialment com Saldó. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">La seva textura sorrenca prové de l’alteració de les roques calcàries que formen la serreta de Sant Vicenç degut els agents externs com la pluja, el vent, el sol, etc. Per tant es una textura molt favorable per la penetració de les arrels del cep, i que ens els períodes de sequera la planta pot arribar fins a l’aigua emmagatzemada a les profunditats del sòl. <b>Al ser un sòl favorable per combatre els mesos més calorosos hi plantem vinyes delicades de cultivar, com el Cabernet Franc.</b></span></div>

Aquestes alteracions metamòrfiques van donar a marbres molt fracturats que proporcionaren a la zona unes característiques especials. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Aquest paisatge poc habitual li proporciona a la vinya una porositat molt elevada, fent que el drenatge de aigua de pluja sigui molt elevat, i que per tant la disponibilitat d’aigua per a la planta sigui extremadament baix. <b>El resultat es tradueix en uns raïms molt petits, concentrats i dolços que ens permeten fer vins molt potents i amb una gran capacitat d’envellir. </b></span></div>

En aquest cas ens trobem davant d’argiles i acumulacions de calç, que en conjunt, formen aglomerats. Aquests actuen com a retent d’aigua en els períodes de sequera i com a drenatge lent ens els casos de superàvit d’aigua.</span></div>

A la vegada nosaltres treballem per mantenir una coberta vegetal que ens regularà els excessos d’aigua i ens permetrà controlar la qualitat de la producció. <b>Per tant obtindrem raïms molt aptes per fer vins blancs de guarda i negres joves.</b></span></div>

Amb els productes de proximitat com a fil conductor de l'acte, els olis d'oliva verge extra <b><a href="http://torclum.com/">TORCLUM</a></b> i els nostres <b><a href="http://www.avgvstvsforvm.com/#!about/c10fk">vinagres Forvm</a></b> van servir per a mostrar els assitents les noves i multiples formes que la gastronomia ens dóna per cuinar amb aquests dos ingredients.</span></div>
